Strategic Partnership Project Office with East Asian Countries (China, South Korea, Japan)

The establishment of the Strategic Partnership Project Office with East Asian countries is currently under development. The office will become a key platform for developing and coordinating academic, scientific and innovative cooperation between METAU and leading universities, research centers and organizations in China, South Korea and Japan.

Main areas of office activities:

• initiation and support of joint educational, research and innovation projects;

• development of academic mobility programs for students, faculty and researchers;

• strengthening strategic interaction in the field of science, technology and innovation;

• development of intercultural dialogue, promotion of languages and cultures of East Asian countries;

• opening of language centers at the university jointly with partner organizations from China and the Republic of Korea;

• creation of foundation programs for international students preparing to enter foreign universities and specialized centers to support educational initiatives, exchange programs and startup projects within the framework of cooperation with countries in the region.
