On February 17, an online meeting was held with representatives of «Magnum GO» (@magnumgo.kz) and students about employment and career opportunities. The event took the form of an open dialogue, and students received important information about current labour-market requirements and employers' recommendations.
Representatives of «Magnum GO» spoke about available vacancies and about the key skills and competencies needed for successful employment. Special attention was paid to career-growth opportunities at the company, internships and professional development programs. Students actively asked questions and received answers about the selection process, corporate culture and career prospects.
During the meeting, students received useful advice on writing a resume and passing an interview, which boosted their confidence in the job search. In turn, «Magnum GO» noted the students' high level of interest and their readiness to grow in their chosen professional field.
The event became an important step in developing cooperation between business and the educational environment to create new opportunities for young people. All participants expressed their intention to continue such meetings in the future.
