Goal 15 META University contributes to the achievement of SDG 15 through the implementation of practical environmental initiatives within the framework of the Green Campus concept and international sustainable development projects. The university, together with more than 16 partner universities, participates in environmental campaigns, including volunteer clean-ups and landscaping programs, within the framework of which tree planting and landscaping are carried out annually. The level of involvement of students and staff in environmental activities is at least 60%, which contributes to the formation of a sustainable environmental culture.

In addition, the university implements the international Erasmus+ Green Deal project aimed at developing sustainable practices and environmental solutions, as well as implements projects in the field of resource conservation, including hydroponics as a model of environmentally friendly production. The introduction of separate waste collection and recycling reduces the environmental burden and contributes to the preservation of biodiversity. The set of these initiatives forms a practical contribution to the conservation of terrestrial ecosystems and meets the requirements of the QS Sustainability Ranking.
