Goal 16 META University implements SDG 16 through an institutionally enshrined system of transparent, accountable and digital governance, integrated into the Smart Sustainable University model. The university has a system of collegial management with the participation of the administration, faculty, students and external stakeholders, and all management decisions are recorded in protocols and internal documents to ensure their accessibility. A data-driven management model has been introduced, where at least 70% of decisions are made based on analytics and monitoring, and the level of satisfaction with the transparency of processes exceeds 80%

In addition, META University has introduced a register of management decisions and corrective measures, implementing the cycle "initiative – decision – implementation – effect", as well as a system of anti-corruption policy and corporate ethics with the principle of zero tolerance. The university has a risk-based management model with a centralized risk register (score 1-25 points), digitalization of processes (LMS, BI, Bitrix24, HERO) and student participation in management through the Student Parliament. This ensures institutional sustainability, transparency and inclusion, fully compliant with the requirements of the QS Sustainability Ranking and the principles of good governance
